Gauger + Associates | Account Manager
The ideal candidate will be client- and solutions-oriented with a drive and passion to achieve goals and create a great client experience. You will be able to contribute forward-thinking ideas to promote and grow the Agency and work closely with clients to understand their needs. As a graphic design and advertising agency, this role will allow the ideal candidate to think creatively and collaborate with the Creative and Leadership teams.
-Work with key client accounts to manage projects and retainers, develop new business, and develop new ideas to support Agency's growth
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts (i.e. vendors, collaborators, clients)
-Proficiency in digital campaign measurement, with the ability to identify KPIs that deliver key business value (ROAS, conversions, revenue value, etc.)
-Contributing to new business development efforts to grow the Agency's client base
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent experience
-3-5 years agency experience with proven success in client management
-Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
-Confident and compelling presenter
-Diligent, responsible, organized and capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
-Excellent attention to detail
-Advanced critical thinking skills
-Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills
-Values collaboration and problem-solving with others
-Proficient in the use of: Apple iOS, Microsoft Office (with an emphasis in Powerpoint, Excel and Word); experience and proficiency in one or more of the following is a plus: SEO / SEM Tools (i.e. Google Analytics), WordPress CMS, and email marketing campaign software (such as Mailchimp)
