Right now, we’re searching for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to help us accelerate the climb for these national brands we serve.

Description: 
The Influencer Marketing Specialist is the center point of our influencer strategy and implementation work. We have big goals as an agency and need someone who is willing to try new approaches, be critical of creators' content being presented to them, and become a master at telling a brand's story with creators. 

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns for our clients. You'll work to identify suitable influencers, negotiate contracts, and oversee content creation.

You'll need to be strategic in your approach, using your deep understanding of social media trends and data analysis skills to identify opportunities for growth and optimize campaigns. You'll work closely with our clients to ensure that their brand messaging and image is reflected in the campaigns, while also keeping up-to-date with changes in algorithms, platform policies, and new trends.

You'll need to be hands-on with the work, reviewing and providing feedback on influencer content, managing budgets, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

You'll need excellent communication and negotiation skills, project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, clients, and colleagues. You must be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Your responsibilities: leads all internal analytics projects from start to finish.

Strategic Leadership:
• Work with clients to develop long-term influencer marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with changes in algorithms, platform policies, and new trends
• Use social media expertise to provide strategic consulting to clients and advise on best practices

Relationship Management, Growth & Retention:
• Client Presentation: Present findings/insights as well as methodology/data approaches reliably to clients through a variety of different presentation opportunities
• Agency Relationships: Interacts directly with managers to identify new opportunities, prepares regular activity reports and responds to questions from the organization.

Paid Influencer Management:
• Recruit and outreach to suitable influencers for campaigns
• Select talent and negotiate contracts
• Brief influencers on content requirements and ensure they align with the client's brand messaging
• Provide feedback and revisions on influencer content
• Manage influencer relationships and maintain open communication throughout the campaign
• Oversee budget and ensure campaigns stay within budget

Reporting:
• Track campaign metrics and monitor influencer performance
• Use data analysis skills to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns
• Create and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement
• Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on data analysis
• Benchmarks & Goals: Set benchmarks and targets based on historical campaign data
• Insights: Hone the ability to know what an insight is, and use data to "tell the story" that leads to recommendations and strategic decisions

You’ll have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing related fields is preferred
• 4-5 years of experience specifically in influencer marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns
• A passion for social media, digital marketing, research, and analytics
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with clients, influencers, and team members
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks, while meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to simplify complex technical ideas and explain them clearly to multiple audiences, both verbally and in writing
• Comprehensive knowledge of ad technologies and research techniques, including troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of social media algorithms, platform policies, and trends to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities
• Experience/familiarity using influencer management platforms and tools alongside marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google slides, Google Sheets)

Work environment:
• This is a full-time position and employees must be available to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, in Mountain Standard Time. Occasional travel or evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Compensation:
$70-85K annual salary dependent on experience. Benefits include no preset limits on Paid Time Off, paid parental leave, 401k match + 3% SafeHarbor match, monthly Health & Happiness stipend, Work From Home reimbursement program, wellness education, profit sharing, and more.
