That means it’s important for you to be proficient and comfortable with the direction, copy and execution that’s relevant to digital environments (digital campaigns, ads, websites, social, etc).

Job Description
We are very interested in candidates with a strong background and passion in paid media and paid advertising with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
The role will include working in-tandem with others to manage Room 214 clients’ customer insights, strategies, advertising, creative and digital marketing retainers and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Working with the Paid Media Director to develop and present paid advertising, search, and social strategies
Day-to-day supervision of media plans including oversight of buy recommendations, execution, budgets/accounting
Working with paid media vendors to ensure client goals and success
Identifying and vetting new paid media vendors when necessary
Continuously adjusting and optimizing campaigns
Interface and present to clients on regular basis
Prepare and present reporting and insights to drive improved campaign performance
Project managing other members of the team, reviewing work as necessary
Help support the training and growth for more junior members of the team

Skill Set
5+ years of experience working with a programmatic partner, trade desk and other vendors for paid media
5+ years of experience with paid advertising including search + social
Experience working with clients and being a point of contact
Does whatever it takes to do the job and works to be on top of their game.
Is focused; can turn off distractions and socializing, but still likes to have fun.
Is motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty without being told.
Can produce error-free work under tight deadlines.

Bonus Points for:
Ecommerce experience
B2B experience
PPC background or certification
Experienced in ad serving and ad operations
Programmatic (DSP) buying/trading experience
Content creation and/or copywriting experience

Salary Range: $70k-$80k
