BSSP is hiring a Paid Social Specialist! In this role, you would participate in development and management of effective integrated media plans and buys, focused particularly on paid social, as well as manage in-house paid social campaigns that result in effective media performance and ROI results. The ideal Paid Social Specialist has the ability to help shape and grow the agency’s interactive media offerings/capabilities and educate the team. You must have a demonstrated passion for interactive and social-related technologies.

What you will do:
- Serves as paid social media account lead for 4 – 6 clients across numerous verticals: healthcare, health insurance, travel, CPG
- Responsible for developing effective paid social campaign strategies
- Responsible for planning, creative recommendations, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis
- Have financial acumen regarding budgeting, projections, and revenue metrics
- Has working knowledge of analytics tools and using them to evaluate performance
- Can work with creative and account team to choose the most effective media alternative for our clients
- Understands how paid social fits in the overall client marketing/media strategy
- Understands ROI and can provide the client with a basis for measurement of paid social activities
- Is passionate, articulate, and can craft a compelling case/recommendation and present it to a client
- Execute best practice strategies and methodologies to maximize agency business partners’ marketing programs
- Stays current on future opportunities and can advise on new ways to reach targets; provide POV summaries for industry topics, best practices, or new paid social marketing opportunities
- Work with the Director of Performance Marketing to identify opportunities to enhance our offering through acquisition of additional tools, data, partners, or other resources

What you will need:
- 4+ plus years of hands-on experience in Paid Social platform management
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn – including their evolving policies and their developmental capabilities and limitations
- Previous experience in general digital planning and buying
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Experience developing and delivering presentations
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear and concise written and verbal skills
- Strength in storytelling
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- Experience collaborating with a large team working on multi-media channels a plus
