Description

We are seeking a Google Ads PPC specialist who can provide consultation and hands-on management for our lead generation campaigns with the goal to increase profit/ROAS. Currently, our new campaigns are relatively small in scale, i.e. number of keywords and campaign spend. We would like to grow them, diversify our strategies and tactics, while maintaining or increasing the daily profit baselines of the campaigns.

We do not require the standard “startup and assessment” package that you may typically offer to new clients. Rather, we are looking to add a talented PPC Specialist to collaborate with our existing team and to establish an ongoing structured arrangement consisting of weekly check-ins, analysis, and your recommendation list of optimization activities for the campaign goals.

This paid hourly arrangement will have an initial budgeted allowance up to 1-3 billed hours weekly.

At the minimum, this will involve you allocating up to one hour weekly, to conduct a scheduled analysis of our Google Ads PPC Campaign and Lead Gen ROAS KPI Reporting at a consistent time frame each week and provide a specific list of your recommended optimization activities in order to achieve the PPC lead generation campaign goals, i.e. increase profit/ROAS.

This weekly scheduled campaign consult would include receiving your insights as to the campaign’s optimization priorities, answering various questions from the team, collaborate with our sprint planning, and provide instructions to our internal PPC team to implement your recommended campaign optimization tasks.

In some cases, we will require a few additional hours from you each week. We may need you to be hands-on by implementing your recommended optimization activities. As well as conduct a more granular analysis when ad-hoc problems occur and to coordinate with the stakeholder and core team members from other departments (i.e. IT, UXD, Admin, Finance) to implement multi-faceted campaign initiatives, such as targeted landing page, testing projects to improve conversion %, and increase profit/ROAS.
