CSM LEADDOG IS LOOKING FOR:

CSM LeadDog seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager in the Bay Area with experience working with B2B sales and event creation and execution. This role will be heavily focused on one client that is active in B2B events. Ideally, this candidate has worked on trade shows, conferences and partner events and has experience working with entrepreneurs, business owners and retailers. An understanding of payment processing, FinTech and financial services is a plus.

As a senior teammate for an integrated tech account that utilizes creative, PR, social media, digital, experiential, promotional, and strategy to bring a holistic B2B marketing campaign to life, s/he is responsible for keeping the team focused, staying on top of all aspects of the program, and ensuring that quality work is provided to the client in a timely and cost-effective manner.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create high-impact activation plans for client brand
- Oversees an account activation from conception through completion
- Oversees grassroots event marketing events in multiple markets
- Heavy involvement in all account planning, programming, execution, and client interaction
- Plans workload, and sets the goals and objectives for the program and team
- Staffs and manages brand educators across multiple markets
- Provides forward-thinking/innovative ideas for client’s business
- Stays up to date on client competition, competitive issues, products, and industry trends;
ensures each of his/her team is also up to date on this key information
- Ensures client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, and provides solutions to clients
and shows proactive management both internally and externally (best-in-class service!)
- Effectively recap events and activation data for upper management and client review on a
weekly basis
- Demonstrates an understanding and a passion for his/her clients’ industry, business,
consumer and brands (many times by taking initiative to independently investigate and stay
on top of this information, as well as share it with other members of the team)
- Establishing himself/herself as a trusted strategic business partner to the client
- Ability to effectively negotiate agreements (client and vendor)
- Embodies CSM’s culture, extraordinary level of service, and intense dedication to going the
extra mile
- Works effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both internal and
external, to deliver executional excellence
- Actively contributes in brainstorming and idea generation sessions with cross-functional
teams
- Pursue organic business growth opportunities
- Travel and weekend work, as needed

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5–7 years experience in similar environment
- Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
- Strong focus in creating B2B brand experiences, including tradeshow booths, conferences
and hosted events
- Experience in creating brand experiences, as well as the supporting elements that amplify
any campaign: digital, social, creative, retail, promotional
- Familiarity and/or passion for new emerging technology, small businesses entrepreneurship
and start ups
- Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to manage top-level client relationships
- Proven leader with strong ability to self-motivate
- Experience in content development; excellent presentation skills
- Strong writer; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick thinker and able problem-solver who is also both flexible and resilient
