Description
ArcStone is seeking a creative, detail-oriented designer with web design skills to serve as a website Designer. The ideal candidate possesses strong creative concepting skills, able to translate a creative brief and documentation to sitemap and wireframes, and passionate about the details.
Requirements:
*3+ years of design experience in a digital and/or design agency
*Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, related field, or professional certificate
*Adept at developing web strategies, sitemaps, and wireframes
*Extensive skills in and control of the following applications: The Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Sitemapping / Wireframing tools
*Current with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
*Experience designing for web and mobile
*Comfortable with HTML and CSS
*Comfortable presenting in a client setting
*Ability to work autonomously or in a collaborative setting
A typical day includes:
*Be a cutting edge designer producing top-notch designs
*Create unique, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
*Produce sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final graphics
*Follow brand guidelines as well as create new online brand guidelines and style sheets
*Review analytics analysis to inform design optimization
*Present creative concepts internally and to clients
*Collaborate with project manager, development, and marketing teams to define and implement innovative solutions, visuals, and experience
*Compensation commensurate with experience.
