Venables Bell announces new hires.

 

By Egotist / / Venables Bell & Partners yesterday announced it has hired Manjula Nadkarni as director of interactive production. Nadkarni joins VB&P from Mekanism, where she was a senior integrated producer, working for clients like Participant Media, MTV, Electronic Arts, Estee Lauder, Nike, the International Olympic Committee, CNN, Unilever, the One Show, the Sierra Club and General Mills. “Manjula’s hiring comes at a critical time as VB&P continues to merge production and interactive experiences, to create advertising that also functions as entertainment,” said Craig Allen, director of integrated production. “Her experience in digital and social media strategy, along with her digital production background, makes for a perfect fit as we strengthen our interactive production capabilities.” Of course this isn’t the only recent VB&P hire. Aaron Clinger, technical director, who led development for Disney Parks’ “Let the Memories Begin” digital campaign and founded Proto, a digital studio; Aiden Bordner, director of experience design, who comes to VB&P from Saatchi & Saatchi’s Team One, where he created a similar practice for Lexus and Ritz-Carlton; and Katie Acosta, group account director, who most recently was SVP, director of client service, at Isobar, running adidas, Kohler, Sprite and Pernod Ricard.
