Beautiful film. Well intentioned. Artful. But as the video says, "at a time when planned parenthood is under attack," how do you do a film that at its essence plays into criticisms of the organization? I see cool people, models, transgender people ... Where is a housewife? Where is an office worker? A poor teenage mother? A Walmart shopper? A blue collar worker? I think as artful as this is, it is also a bit tone deaf if the idea is to tell Middle America why Planned Parenthood is worth supporting with taxpayer dollars. It's proudly flaunting an enlightened view ... and probably hurting the organization it hopes to help.
