By Egotist / / MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER has just announced the addition of Teri Miller as partner and managing director. She joins M|H after eight years at Deloitte-owned Heat, where she was the director of marketing. She started her career at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, and also worked at Wieden+Kennedy and TDA Boulder, among other shops. “Teri and I first worked together years ago at Goodby, and I’ve wanted to work with her again ever since,” said Co-founder and Executive Creative Director John Matejczyk. “I actually called her when she was working in Colorado in 2009. We were just starting up and I asked her to come help us run the agency. She said she would, but she had just accepted her other gig. So this is a job offer eight years in the making.” Matejczyk added: “Teri is present and real and sincere and lively and authentic and inquisitive and insightful. I want the work to be amazing and there’s a lot that goes into amazing work, and Teri can help us get there.” “I’ve been a big fan of M|H for some time, having known John from our days at Goodby on Hewlett-Packard,” said Miller. “Their creative energy is real, their consistently innovative work stands up with the best agencies in the country right now, and they are uncompromising in their support of their people and culture. I couldn’t be more excited to join the team.” Congrats on the big hire.
