Hub Strategy and Communication and the Monterey Bay Aquarium kick off their first work together this week with a fun integrated radio, digital and out of home campaign. The work plays off of the Aquarium’s long-standing tagline, “Share the love”.
“One of the things we really appreciate about Hub is their writing,” said Mimi Hahn, Chief Marketing Officer of the Monterey Bay Aquarium. “They’ve given the campaign a fresh spark through smart and playful writing, beautiful photography and some fun illustrative accents.”
“A lot of people know that the Aquarium itself is an amazing place,” said D.J. O’Neil, founder of Hub. “But most people have no idea that the Aquarium is a driving force in ocean conservation, activism and research. We’re really happy to be associated with such a noble institution.”
The campaign will run through September 2nd. Shortly after that Hub is planning on unveiling a huge experiential project for the Aquarium designed to raise awareness about plastic in the Ocean. “We can’t say what it is yet,” said, Hahn, “But it is going to be awesome.”
