We had heard some rumblings about changes at ARGONAUT, and now we have confirmation of the moves. They’ve promoted JT Pierce to the new role of Managing Director. Pierce rounds out the new leadership team which includes Founder and CCO, Hunter Hindman, Ana Dixon, CFO, and Katie Miller, CMO. Former CEO Robert Riccardi and co-founder, chief strategy officer Max Heilbron are no longer at the shop.
“A shared vision and mission are paramount for the growth and evolution of an ambitious creative agency,” said Hindman. “JT has been an inspiring leader at the agency since he started, with strategic acumen that is equally matched by creative intuition and belief in our people. There’s no doubt he’s the most uniquely qualified candidate for this new role, and he is the perfect addition to round out our leadership team.”
“This is an exciting time to be part of this dynamic agency,” said Pierce. “We have an incredible level of talent here – people who are fostering strong and productive client partnerships and creating amazing work. I’m looking forward to doing everything I can to unlock more of that to move the agency forward.”
Beyond the management team, ARGONAUT keeps growing, with Jeremy Arth rejoining the agency as Executive Producer following a stint at 215 McCann and as a freelance producer. Eric Cosper becomes the newest Group Creative Director by way of Mekanism SF. And Creative Director, Ali Esterly, most recently of 72andSunny joins the agency’s Cricket Wireless team.
“We are committed to being a standout creative agency and I am deeply excited about the creative firepower we have just added to an already potent arsenal at ARGO,” said Hindman.
Congrats on all the new hires.
