It sounds like Molly Cabe is taking on a new role as Head of Strategy at Heat, San Francisco. Cabe, who previously served as Group Strategy Director, has been with Heat since 2015. Prior to joining Heat, Molly had spent her career at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, FCB and Pereira & O’Dell.

“I’m incredibly excited about this opportunity” Cabe expressed. “The resources and smart thinking at Heat is hard to find, I couldn’t imagine a better team to navigate this evolving marketplace.”

“I’ve worked with Molly for a better part of a decade at two different agencies. Something that has always stuck out is her enthusiasm and get-it-done attitude,” said Justin Cox, Heat San Francisco’s, General Manager. “She cares deeply about our people and the work. She is always available as a mentor to the strategy department and lends her expertise to clients, pitches and Heat’s other offices. Most importantly, Molly is a good and genuine human. We’re thrilled to have her lead the strategy team.”

Congrats on the promotion.
