MOD Pizza, the “purpose-driven, people-first” pizza chain just launched its biggest national advertising campaign to date with creative agency Mekanism.

What makes them “purpose-driven, people-first” you ask? MOD is known for its culture, highlighted by the company’s inclusive hiring practice – providing opportunities to justice-involved individuals, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and opportunity youth (those 18-24 years old, not in school and not working).

The new campaign, created by Mekanism, celebrates inclusivity, individuality and the idea that you can have your pizza just the way you like it.
