HomeX, a Chicago-based home services start-up has launched its first integrated campaign with Hub Strategy and Communication. The campaign focuses on the brand’s newly launched Remote Assist offering.
“The home repair story is fairly conservative and expected and homeowners have had to settle for a pretty low bar. I’m really proud of the work the team has done and the way we have showcased how HomeX’s offerings — whether it’s our thousands of answers to common questions on homex.com, virtual home diagnosis and repair, or in-home visits by our techs — are tailored for our customers’ lives. The partnership with HUb brought this to life in an innovative way,” said HomeX’s Head of Marketing, Alexandra Taylor.
“The work is smart, funny and clever, which further separates HomeX from its competitors, from a brand standpoint,” said DJ O’Neil, founder and one of the creative directors at HUb. “We’re really proud of it.”
HUb partnered with HomeX’s internal team to develop the brand’s look and feel, positioning, messaging and go-to market strategy which included the development and production of digital banners, social content, radio, video/television and all media planning and buying.
“Client collaboration is talked about so much that it’s become a cliche,” said Jason Rothman, CD at HUb, “But in this case, we worked so closely with the HomeX folks it almost felt like we were part of their company”.
