Mekanism’s new work for Cricket Wireless

Cell phone carrier Cricket Wireless is helping customers kick off the new year with some new connections in their latest campaign by creative agency Mekanism. So long to the notion of ‘no new friends’ in 2021. 

The campaign titled “Anyone Can Be A Friend” takes inspiration from the increased need for connection and support from friends and family, while showcasing Cricket’s Refer a Friend program.

“This project was a great opportunity to bring to life Cricket’s commitment to help people save money and smile more. That’s why, to begin 2021 in an uplifting way, we “recruited” the world’s friendliest animal to remind us we have many, many friends around us who can help us put a little extra money in our pockets. In the end, it’s a win-win situation. More friends and more savings!” said Pepe Funegra, Creative Director, Mekanism.

The campaign will run on social media throughout 2021.
