Account Manager (Full Time), Minneapolis or Santa Rosa
We’re looking for an organized, solution-focused Account Manager to foster strong client relationships and partner with the Creative Director to co-lead an internal creative team of designers, writers, and developers. In this role, you’d be responsible for:
+Acting as an ally to your clients by preparing, setting, and maintaining healthy
expectations, mitigating surprises, and adjusting for project variables on a daily basis
+Setting your creative team up for success by clearly communicating project goals and
clearing obstacles that stand in their way
+Building trust with your clients through empathy and transparency
+Keeping long-term goals in mind while making quick and detail-oriented decisions
+Prioritizing and re-prioritizing efforts in order to provide both client and creative teams
with the best possible process, experience, and outcome
+Meeting with your creative team and clients multiple times per week to identify and align
on goals and expectations
+Drafting contracts and hiring freelancers
+Ensuring a positive client experience
+Budgeting and reporting
+Owning business leads

Facilitator: Possess the skills to lead client communications and deliver feedback, ensuring the client’s voice is heard
Organizer: Can efficiently plan, anticipate needs, and manage workflow on the project management side
THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+2 - 5 years of creative agency or account management experience
+A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, communications, or a comparable
area of the study strongly desired, but not required
+Industry knowledge with an understanding and awareness of the landscape, trends, and
players within the advertising/creative industry
